Rise

A simple girl from across the pond, Rey, is a heroine of her own story. Having lost both her parents at a very young age, the feeling of never having a true place to call home was enough motivation to forge her own way.

Never again would she go hungry. Never again would she rely on anyone but herself. Dispelling the grand misconception that broken people are fragile.

RISE. Be the light.

The undeniable calling to help any and all in whatever capacity she could was realized quite early on. After achieving her Masters Degree in Nursing at the University of Glasglow, her sights shifted to humanitarian projects which ultimately led her to the states. To this day there is an unmatched humbleness when answering the call of a mission.

Never could Rey have predicted Doctors Without Borders would be life-altering in ways unimaginable. And a couple of fated encounters with a man named Ben Solo, MD could become the home she’s always longed for.
